These Terms of Service govern your use of the FastSync service, API, and related services provided by FastSyncIndustries (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Access credentials
You are responsible for activation keys and device tokens issued for your use, and for activity performed with those credentials.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to bypass, disrupt, or reverse engineer protected server-side systems.
- Intentionally evade configured rate limits or access controls.
- Resell or redistribute protected access without authorization.
4. Data
You retain ownership of data you provide. We process it only to operate, secure, and maintain the Service.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when credentials are frozen or deleted, these Terms are violated, or the Service is discontinued.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
